Documental que sigue los pasos de un grupo de activistas que ponen en riesgo su vida para enfrentarse al represivo movimiento anti-LGBTQ que impera en la república rusa. Desde 2016, el tiránico líder de Chechenia, Ramzan Kadyrov, ha sido el artífice de una operación centrada en la "limpieza de sangre" de los chechenos pertenecientes al colectivo LGBTQ+, supervisando una campaña gubernamental destinada a detener, torturar y ejecutar a sus miembros. Sin ayuda del Kremlin y con una mínima repercusión global que ignora la violencia que sufre el colectivo, una vasta y secreta red de activistas decide aplicar sus propias medidas a modo de resistencia.
